The location was perfect just adjacent to the Tokyo station where you can catch the bullet trains. Hotel staff was wonderful and very accommodating and they spoke English! We had a king room and although it was small compared to USA rooms, it was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had both American and Japanese entrees and all were tasty and presented beautifully. I would definitely stay there again!

The breakfast was excellent with many options available. The amenities on the third floor were appreciated: laundry (credit card-based), room with massage chairs, gym, and relaxation room. The gym is cardio machines with some room for stretching/bodyweight movements. The standard double room felt small for 2 people, as some of the space was not utilized/planned very well (for example, more storage space should be prioritized over a rack for wine glasses, in my honest opinion). Location is not considered central, but is about a 6-minute walk to nearest metro station.

"The hotel is connected to Haneda Airport T3 which is great. Breakfast has lots of options which is great too. But I have a star less cos the room size for a triple room is kind of tight and you only get 1 pillow per bed. Otherwise everything you need is available."
