Apex City of Bath Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was great from check in to check out. Quick service, clean room, good breakfast, we used the swimming pool and it wasn't crowded. We could book a 1hr slot to use it. Check out was quick and they even held our luggage after check out while we explored the city. I'd highly recommend staying here."
"Lovely place and very well located.
Needs a bit of TLC in some aspects of the room.
Staff very helpful and friendly
Breakfast was mammoth!! Huge array of choice"
"Hotel was fantastic. However breakfast was very mediocre at best and not worth the money - poorly cooked and not topped up. Seen more colour on a white wall than the sausages had. Also bar staff in the evening need to cheer up. Seemed like they was doing us a big favour by serving us…"
"Only stayed for one night before a flight but it was clean and comfortable. We left early hours of the morning so didn’t make use of any of the facilities. Overall it was good for what we needed and would stay again."
"Extremely friendly and courteous staff, in particular the lady who checked us in and the breakfast team.
The hotel is being systematically renovated and the public areas are of a high standard. Our room was clean and well maintained and whilst the bathroom was clean and functional it would have benefited from being renovated. That said, there was nothing seriously wrong with it.
The price we paid represented excellent value for money.
Free and secure parking in a dedicated building adjacent to the hotel."
"Good room although the windows are highly positioned which means you cannot see the outside unless you’re standing up. The shower needs replacement and is not adapted to the size of the bathroom. Good staff and very pro. Breakfast is good."
