"Bis mir jemand öffnete, dauerte es 20 Minuten und es war nur Zufall, daß ich entdeckt wurde. Auf meine Telefonate reagierte niemand, niemand nahm ab. Die Mitarbeiter/innen bewergten sich bis auf eine ohne Maske im ganzen Hotel. Mein Zimmer (5) hatte eine durchgängig schimmlige Geruchsnote.
