"Broken electrical components in my room. Dangerous!!!! No working A/C or heating. Water either too hot scalding or too cold, inconsistent and annoying to take a shower. Never again!"

"A decent hotel but nothing special! We booked this hotel specifically because they let you actually choose between a twin and double room (we wanted a twin) - but when we got to the hotel we'd been put in the wrong kind of room and when we went down to speak to reception about it their response was just "do you definitely need to swap?" as if we were inconveniencing them by being given the wrong room. Convenient for travel with a U-Bahn around the corner and not too far to walk to the Potsdamerplatz station where you can get a train to the airport."

"Big room, lots of space. Location was pretty good. Seemed to be undergoing a lot of maintenance as the front door was blocked with countless boxes when we arrived and there was a constant team of 6+ people pressure washing the outside pavements"
