Parking was a little confusing (you need to reserve it ahead of time if you need it), but we used a nearby parking garage for an affordable rate, and used the public transit the whole time we were in Vienna. "This is a lovely little hotel. Very professional staff extremely clean and quiet. Located right by the Schonbrunn palace it is just a gorgeous neighborhood with lots of lovely restaurants, bakeries and shops. The Palace grounds are beautiful and huge. While not right in the city centre I preferred staying here as the restaurants are cheaper and there is more of a local flavour. Wonderful hotel. "

"Great location to the palace, quiet, & clean. Staff was wonderful too. Somehow ended up stepping in glass and they were able to get me tweezers sent right to my door within minutes. Would stay here again."
"It was a very good experience with Lyf. The check in was nice and smooth, they do housekeeping just once in your stay(halfway through) which I didn’t mind since it was just me. The room was clean and tidy, I did notice some of the utensils that they provide were dirty… so just stayed away from those. But aside from that, it was very nice. Right outside the doors are two different streetcar routes, making it super easy to get around, to and from central Vienna. It’s very quiet during the night, the only thing is that the doors are very heavy and they shut very loudly, which might wake some people up. Overall, a very great experience. Thank you Lyf! "
"The description of location was wrong. You have to take a subway train to get to any area close to the center of the city. Includes a tee pot but no tee or coffee available. Front desk was friendly "
"The penthouse unit is high quality and luxurious with an amazing panoramic view with automated Velux blinds. Its hardly few minutes walk to the central train station so you can be in the city centre within 10 minutes and the high street is just around the corner so if you fancy eating out or getting groceries to make your own meal. Please do enjoy the terrace area with amazing views of Vienna.

"Stayed Sunday to Wednesday good clean basic accommodation. Staff very helpful especially Robert who would write clear travel instructions for any place we wanted to visit. supermarket next door and about 4 minute walk to U6 transport link. Quiet area but with U6 transport link every 4/5 minutes we found getting around Vienna easy with only a 3day travel pass which runs from time of purchase 24 hours not finish at midnight for our time here. If visited again we would stay here again."
