The property was very close to the palace and gardens. The U4 was nearby which was convenient if you wanted to get into the Vienna city center. The staff was incredible! There wasn’t many options to eat and the subway was only in German.

The staff was welcoming and attentive. When we needed help with anything, they were always ready to step in and help us out. The room was big and clean, but the layout we needed made it a bit of a squeeze: there were 2 single beds (which we turned into double)and 1 very large sofa bed. With the sofa-bed out, we had a very narrow gap to reach the bathroom. Bathroom was big, good shower and very clean. The location was quite good: very close to Schonbrunn and not too far from the centre.

The Hotel is conveniently located in accessible area with safe loading and unloading fenced right infront of the hotel. Roberto the receptionist is very helpful especially when we needed a room with a shower space not a shower in the tub. The room is a little bit smaller but it is better due to knee problem. The breakfast is okay but not comparably from hotels in Prague & Budapest. So far we had a good stay with our group . Thank you .
