The property had amazing landscaping. It was interesting to walk around and look at all the blooming plants. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable and very quiet although I noticed we had people staying on both sides of our room.

Bathroom and shower exceptional. Loved the modern styled cabinets. The flooring and apartment-sized refrigerator with freezer were a nice surprise. Wish we had time to stay 2 nts, didn't have time to use the pool, it looked beautiful!

It took an entire hour to check into our room. Never in my life have I waited that long. We had an event we needed to be at and we planned to get ready in the hotel beforehand. The guy checking everyone is was blaming the slow equipment but he was not in a hurry at all to help anyone. He was also making small talk with everyone and allowing guests to go inside and check out the rooms in order to make a decision on what they wanted?! WHAT?! I CHOSE online what room I wanted and he still asked me. I WANT THE ROOM I BOOKED AHEAD OF TIME. He couldn't find anyone's reservation even if they had all the confirmations codes, etc. It was seriously awful.
