"Overall great. Nice view of the river. Room was fine, although smelled a little musty, and the bathroom facilities could have used a deeper clean. Outer staircase was a bit precarious, as both my wife and I almost stumbled down the stairs on separate occasions. Handrail was pretty dirty, so really didn't want to hold onto to it, and steps are somewhat narrower than average. Staff was great, however, very accommodating. Recommend partnership with local gym for hotel guest access, since there is none on site. Would stay again. "

"We liked the location & the spaciousness of our room (it was an accessible room, so I don't know if others are as large). The front-desk staff was so friendly & welcoming & helpful. Housekeeping, unfortunately, was not great. Every day they left a bed unmade & the others were only pulled up sloppily. Also, trashes weren't emptied. Sheets for the pull-out bed were way too big & the mattress pad had holes. Breakfast was okay."
