"Staff was amazing "

"No a/c in the more expensive room that we paid for. Termite infestation in smaller room we were moved to. The staff did not seem surprised by any of this and while they were nice, they were not particularly helpful. It was an ordeal just to get the batteries in the remote changed. Great location and beautiful property. Too bad it is so poorly maintained. Do yourself a favor and stay at Royal Sonesta around the corner."

"Our stay was wonderful. This hotel is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. We were walking distance from everything. The staff was amazing. Rooms are clean but could use a little updating as th ere were spots in the carpet as soon as we walked in. Not what i would have expected in an expensive suite. It was super cold in the room even after adjusting the thermostat which appeared to be controlled somewhere else, but staff accommodated us with extra blankets. I would definitely stay here again. "

"they had hidden chargers daily fee called a destination fee said it was because i booked online with hotels.com the pool, was dirty green not clean there was commination issues were the front desk lied or hid behind as English was a 2nd language the rooom window was dirty crusted over couldnt see out"

"Valet parking, front desk staff was so friendly and attentive. Room was cleanish. Kinda what I expected. Heavy traffic room due to location otherwise room clean. "
