"This hotel is adorable. The staff and service were top-notch! Kendra was amazing, super helpful, and always so pleasant to talk with. She made sure my family and I were enjoying ourselves. We didn't swim but the pool area was tranquil. Quiet and nice to sit and have a cup of coffee. The hotel location is also a huge convenience. Just one block from Bourbon St, and just a few minutes walk to the French Quarter and Jackson Square. The food was delicious, huge portions. We would definately stay again. "

"The hotel was so cute and very NOLA. The staff was great and accommodating. We arrived Christmas morning and went to see about checking our bags as our checking in time was 4pm. They allowed us to check in to our room early at no extra fee to us and upgraded our room with no fee when there was an issue finding our reservation. Absolutely would recommend staying here and will be going back!"

"We visited between Christmas and New Years and absolutely loved this property. All of the staff were amazing, the Christmas decorations were beautiful and it was surprisingly quiet in the rooms. Despite facing the street, we rarely heard noise. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. "
