"Pros— The location was excellent!! 10/10 The pools are beautiful & you can walk right out to the beach & snorkel. The lawn chairs are comfortable with big umbrellas for people who want shade. The housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast staff were so kind. Please bring money to tip them- they deserve it! Breakfast has a lot of wonderful options - we were pleasantly surprised. Our specific room (these vary) was large with a great balcony. Cons— The elevator broke several times, which was okay for us but may have posed a challenge for some. The sofa bed in our room was very uncomfortable and really needs an upgrade. Most of the bar staff didn’t seem to want to be bothered. I’m sure it can be frustrating tending tourists all day but I’d rather walk down to Bananarama for a drink… Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would go back!"

"A beautiful resort with amazing amenities, a beautiful beach front, high end finishes and great service. The service was a bit slow at times but the staff were wonderful. All restaurants were good. We had a great dinner at Alera, with great appetites appetisers, cocktails and premium steaks. The spa was also very beautiful and had great treatments and massages, however the prices for the Spa are a bit steep, considering you already a guest at the hotel, I think they should offer better prices. Also there’s no saunas or steam rooms, which seems like a missed opportunities. The spa was empty, which was enjoyable as a client but I think this was because the prices are too high even compared other high-end spas. Overall it was an amazing experience and I totally recommend it are seeking for a premium Roatan experience."

"Outstanding service, everyone was exceptionally attentive making sure we were satisfied. Quiet and very short walk to the beach. Breakfast was yummy and fresh everyday either a little twist. Ambiance was very well decorated, clean and comfortable. Would stay here again Cooler was provided to take it to the beach, umbrellas during rainy days and beach towels for a $10 deposit which was returned on the last day."

"We had an excellent time at the resort. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Always had a smile on their face. The amenities were good and the beds were super comfortable. However, the resort is due for a renovation as the wear and tear is very obvious. The beach access is excellent and so convenient. Food was just okay, after a few nights there it starts to feel repetitive and limited options. But overall we had a great time. The wild animals and cats on the property add a super cute touch."
