Amazing Family Stay – Highly Recommend! My family of five spent 3 wonderful weeks at Acqua di Mare and absolutely loved it. The condo was brand new, super clean, and had everything we needed — especially the washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast was included (our 5-year-old gave the pancakes a 10/10!), and the optional daily cleaning for a one-time fee was a huge help with little kids. The pool is beautiful, and the beach is just a 2-minute walk away. We also loved having access to Mayan Princess amenities like beach chairs — no extra charge! West Bay’s restaurants and water activities are just a short walk away. Special thanks to Paty at the front desk — she was so kind and helpful. We felt right at home and will definitely stay here again!

The staff here were very friendly and professional. The property is very well kept. It’s about 25 min drive from the RTB airport. Visit Eldon’s grocery store for foods to prepare at the property as it has a fully stocked kitchen. The onsite kitchen doesn’t have many food options, breakfast was consistently good. We didn’t eat much outside of that at the restaurant. The property is steps from the beach, Gumbalimba park is about a 10 min walk. For night action, you can walk the beach to get to various resorts/bars/restaurants or take a 12 min ride to the West Bay for lively options into the early morning hours.

When completed this will be an excellent property. Last tower was being built so at times was noisy as well as construction debris was nearby. Pool was excellent and front staff excellent and friendly condos are big,bright and roomy with lots of closet and storage.

Although it was just off of the water we were steps from the beach. Property is beautiful. 2/2 condos with full kitchens and large balconies. On property pool was fantastic with a swim up bar. Highly recommend!!

The property personal was professional, kind, respectful, attentive to our needs and made sure that we were comfortable and we were always greeted with respect. The property manager Neki Tatum was extremely professional and made sure our expectations were met. The resort is beautiful, clean, safe. It is perfect for vacationing or just simply visit a paradise.

The property is in great shape, beautiful decor/ lay out , up to date appliances, rooms are bright, nice pool area. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Before arrival , it was communicated through messages that a pack and play was needed for the baby and we were told that one will be available for us, by the time we got our room and settled in from our flight , we realized that the pack and play was never placed in the room for the baby. We realized that late at night and when we looked for a phone to call the front to our surprise there was no phone so we couldn't call to resolve the issue or to even order room service. We would have to go all the way to the front to communicate anything needed which was annoying especially if you’re tired and have children. Another huge disappointment rather shock, the hotel charged $70 for house keeping for the 4 nights we stayed there and did not do a good job at it but was actually dishonest. During check in it was communicated that the room will be cleaned daily, new sheets and towels will be provided as we requested but apparently we were lied to. One of the days we were in the room late when housekeeping came and that’s when i saw that yes towels were washed, dried and placed back but sheets weren’t changed not even dusted but simply pulled back on the bed. Bathroom sinks and kitchen sinks were barely wiped

Acqua Di Mare for the win! We loved it

My family and I stayed here for seven days. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Carlos, the manager was amazing , the DJ at bar, Jack kept us laughing and entertained at the pool bar even made our kids chocolate shakes..everyone was so kind and attentive to our needs. They also offer room service which the kids loved having breakfast at their room every morning. We will definitely be staying here when we visit Roatan again. If you are considering this place For your visit to Roatan DO IT! You won’t be disappointed with the service and the condo you get everything there is so beautiful

The resort is under construction; they didn’t say that, the receptionist was very kind, the problem is there still a construction with a lot of noise and dust, they say have access to the beach but that’s a 15 min walk. Pool was fine, very poor service at the pool. Maybe in the future could be an option

Has potential - not worth the money.

At arrival we found our condo dirty and lacking basic items (hand soap, kitchen soap, towels/sponge). When asked at the front for these items, the staff was friendly and looked for items for us, however we were told we would be better off going to the store and buying our own as they don't know when they will get any in stock. We were not informed that there is major construction happening currently. The property had just gone through ownership change, greatly impacting the restaurant/bar on site. We had only 4 options for 10 days of breakfast, and 5 options on the lunch/dinner menu (which were only satisfactory). We were on the third floor, and our entire trip, the elevator was broken (had been for at least a full month prior to us arriving). There was one ice machine for the entire building (including bar/restaurant) and it was broken more than 50% of the time. We attempted to work 3 different mornings of this stay. The internet on site is atrocious. We could not work efficiently (even just scrolling social media did not work). It is disappointing to pay a lot of money each night, and see that if we request extra toilet paper, we will be charged, and that all things cost extra here. The overall stay was not worth the amount per night. This is advertised as a resort, and it has a long way to go before it could be considered a resort. This property has a lot of potential, we had friendly staff and met friendly owners throughout our stay, it is just not worth the money.
