"Booked a Cottage, on arrival told we had booked a room. We took out phone to check and on seeing that, the receptionist said, oh, sorry, yes you booked a cottage but we ‘upgraded you to a superior room’.
Some other waffle about the room being better and more expensive than the cottage.

"Wir waren leider nur auf der Durchreise und sind dadurch ausschliesslich eine Nacht geblieben. Wir wären wahnsinnig gerne noch länger zu Gast gewesen! Wunderschöne Anlage mitten im Grünen!
