"Great hotel, friendly staff, made use of the heated pool over our four day stay, we loved the terrace above the pool for eating our breakfast bought from the bakery in reception and late afternoon cocktails. Great location, close to the old town of Annecy and a great view of the lake from the terrace. We had classic double rooms and they were very well equipped. Cannot comment on hotel breakfast as we did room only but the bakery was great for breakfast, lunch and beautiful pastries. Would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"Amazing property! The staff here are excellent and the facility is great - including the spa and great breakfast. Excellent spa facility with multiple saunas and pools. They also have a changing room and shower available to freshen up post-hike after checkout. I most highly recommend the Héliopic Hôtel & Spa!"

"Lobby is fabulous. Rooms are basic. Mont Blanc balcony was obstructed by trees. Still nice. Beds too soft. Not comfortable for us at all. They need to be changed. All else was great. Close to bus and everything else !"

"The hotel has some nice differences compared to other hotels. Firstly, the interior decor is very cool, with obvious links to alpinism and mountains, combined with classy chic furnishings and decor. Second, the food is amazing. Breakfast is fantastic, the sheer choice is wonderful, catering for anything you may wish for. Thirdly, the evening entertainment was not expected but very good indeed, the cabaret dancers put on a great show, very classy and professional. We will 100% return."
