"The staff is just an innocent bystander. I actually did not stay there. I tried to check in, but the first room they gave me a key to was filled with smoke and in a dirty and dark area of the hotel, near the parking lot. I was traveling alone and also did not want bad smell. The front desk staff changed my room to a second floor, newly renovated room. I opened the door, and smelled the paint and such - I turned on the light and cockroaches scattered. I wet back to the front desk and turned in...

"A pretty solid budget stay. No coffee in the room, but there was a fridge and microwave. Dish TV. The staff was nice. The bed wasn't anything too fancy, but I slept pretty well. There's a Starbucks that's like a 10-15 walk, a convenience store right around the corner, and this fantastic fish & chips shop down the street."

"I booked this for my dad, and when I asked if he wanted the same one on his way back home he said No way!!!! The carpets had things still on the floor (not vacuumed) and the toilet seat was falling off. He’s elderly and they gave him a second level room with a broken elevator.
