    "- reception resolved booking problem in a gracious way - hotel was happy to assist us with a mattress topper - room was clean - comfortable - good airconditioning with temperature settable to half a degree - good view - good blockout curtains - good tv and bose radio - chaise longe, table and office chair in room were handy - great bathroom - great lighting - fridge was good, but having a freezer in it would have been even better - room service was good - staff consistently worked at being helpful - hotel was in a nice location in the city"
