This room exceeded my expectations. I felt very safe in the area and at the hotel. I am a clean freak. It passed my cleanliness test; it was immaculate. The room was quiet and we could not hear other guest. We had plenty of space and the room was perfect in every way. We loved the ocean view and balcony! Everyone was helpful and went out of their way to make our trip perfect. The valets were super fast and respectful. The location was convenient to everything. We loved it so much we stayed an extra day! We will be staying there every time we go at Jacksonville."
