"Clean room"

"Rooms were dirty and smelled like weed. Definitely not worth the premium I paid to stay downtown. "

"Room was fine, but a little run down. Water stain on the lower part of our drapes and a few broken or damaged pieces of furniture in the room. The biggest let down however was the closed pool due to rebalancing of chemicals with no notice. We only live a couple hours away so the pool was part of our reason for booking overnight with our two younger boys. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great time at the children’s museum. We were just bummed out on the timing of pool maintenance."

"Very nice, large room. I called from the airport, and the shuttle picked me up. I had a nice meal in the restaurant. The next morning, the shuttle took me back to the airport."

"Property was very dirty, everywhere. Trash in halls and dead bugs in elevator. Sheets wouldn’t stay on bed so we kept waking up on the plastic mattress cover. No towels in the room. Went to desk to ask for them but they ran out so we got two hand towels and two wash rags, for our family of 4. "

"The room was good. Hotel needs a deep clean to include pool and hot tub. Staff was good."

"use extra caution when booking through Expedia. I accidentally hit the wrong hotel major conundrum trying to get it changed to the correct hotel that we were literally standing in trying to book"
