"Basic things that were neglected or done poorly 1) no pre check in email was received resulting in us being stuck outside the property as we were not informed of the access code to gain entry into the property. "Stayed in the new rooms (Gordon) first night which were excellent. Second night we stayed in one of the older apartments with my brother and father. It was very basic but did the job. The restaurant area with fireplace, bar, lounge was great to chill out and enjoy the view across the lake. Food was good although they do share plates and it is a bit pricey for what you get. Overall the food was quite good."
