"Overall, our experience was very positive. Our room was nice but the reason I cannot give a higher rating was that there was mold in our bathroom shower. I am allergic to mold so it causes some discomfort. If we were going to stay longer, we would have asked to have our room changed. We try to stay at hotels that do a good job cleaning their facilities so we were disappointed. I know that mold is difficult to keep at bay but I hope you will do better a better job."

"I paid for the room a month in advance with situation needing a handicap bathroom/roll in shower. They did not supply me with one, my roommate is an amputee. Very hard for him to use the shower. After going to “4” rooms, They did finally supply a room with a tub with a folded down seat. The rooms were clean, didn’t use any of the amenities. Just disappointed in the bathroom situation."

"This Doubletree provides a cozy yet business oriented atmosphere. It’s conveniently located near the airport yet has a pleasant setting amid trees. Our room was very quiet."

"Wifi didn't work the whole time we were there ( 6 days). Not a lot of breakfast options. Staff was nice and polite. Liked that there was a laundry room available for us. Check out time was a big plus! 11am! "

"The staff didn't have the support they needed. We came to breakfast at 0930 but were told we could place one order because the cook didn't have time, as she was the only person and couldn't make pancakes and clean. The pool was supposed to be open but remained closed for the weekend. Otherwise, the staff were courteous and kind, from the front desk to the wait staff to maintenance and house cleaning."
