"I paid for the room a month in advance with situation needing a handicap bathroom/roll in shower. They did not supply me with one, my roommate is an amputee. Very hard for him to use the shower. After going to “4” rooms, They did finally supply a room with a tub with a folded down seat. The rooms were clean, didn’t use any of the amenities. Just disappointed in the bathroom situation."

"The staff were very nice. The room was bare-bones but we were comfortable. It was in a easy to get into the downtown area. We were there for a DPAC concert. If you're not picky and want an economical place to stay for a night or two, this could work."

"Room is good. But the staff is really bad. Attitude is suck. No knowledge for anything. She gave us wrong address for uber reservation. I almost miss my flight because uber driver went to wrong place to picked up. "

"I booked a king bed. When we arrived got 2 queen beds. I called front desk first told me I didn't, and then put us in the room I booked. After 20 minutes of the air not working went to front desk and they said going to send someone up. After another 15 minutes moved us to another room with 2 queen beds. I will not stay here ever again."

"Our stay was great! Everyone was super nice and it was very convenient to the airport, Chapel Hill, and Raleigh. "

"The rooms appear outdated in person than in photos. Some of the outlets didn’t work. The bathroom was quite small. And worst part was the toilet did not properly flush. It ended up getting clogged and we couldn’t find anyone to help. One positive is that they offer free breakfast."
