"We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne "

"We loved our stay at the hotel! The suite was spacious and it was very convenient to have a kitchenette. I was most impressed by the service. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Luka was very friendly and polite. When, due to road closures, Bolt and taxis were unavailable, Jonas *offered* to drive us to the Festspielhaus! If it had not been for him, we would have missed the performance! Thank you, Jonas! The hotel is across the street from Lidl, which is very convenient for when one needs to stock the mini-fridge. It is also right next to a walk/bike path that leads to the Tierpark Röhrensee, which is lovely! It is about half a mile from the Wagner and Liszt museums, and another few blocks to downtown, with all the shops, baroque opera house, and restaurants."

"This is a beautiful place and located in a lovely area. Even without a car it was easy to get into Bamberg and to take bikes to the nearby adorable town. Our only complaint is that when we checked in the woman was not only not friendly, she was rude. At dinner when I asked about the wine, she almost yelled at me. I am well versed in what folks may say about people being cold or not friendly but this woman explained nothing when we arrived about the property or the pool, acted like we were bothering her, and then made me sorry that I asked about the taste of the wine. I should say that the rest of the staff was friendly and kind. It did mean however that we did not return for dinner. It’s really lovely but given how we were treated, I probably would go elsewhere. One doesn’t need to be treated poorly on vacation."
