It started on a low point with the worst check-in we have had in a long time. First it was a bit tricky to find the hotel (no signs to hotel/lobby), when we found it there was an online check-in which we had done many times before. Here, however, we had not received an e-mail with a link for online check-in, and the system did not recognize our name and reservation number. When we found a check-in desk eventually, the person had the same problems and could not check us in on their system and had to do it the old way after several unsuccessful trials. After 20 min we had our room key. Other than that this place is exceptional, very interesting street art, super nice rooms with balcony, very nice dining options if you like rustic cuisine and great beer. Would we come back? Of course, no doubt (caveat: parking may be a bit tricky, so come early!)

Insgesamt: Empfehlung!

Die technische Variante des Eincheckens nervt schon ein bisschen. Ansonsten waren wir mit dem Zimmer, dem kleinen ,,Frühstück" in der Lounge und der zentralen Lage etc zufrieden und würden absolut wiederkommen.

Sehr modernes, neuwertiges kleines Hotel. Allerdings alles sehr dunkel (schwarze Wände, wenig Licht). Frühstück nicht inklusive und im Restaurant zu teuer. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Für Hotelgäste ein vergünstigtes Frühstück im Restaurant.

Modern everywhere except IT

there is no checkin, even the counter in the beer restaurant in the near is always empty. In 2024, when only a lazy does not talk about intelligence in IT, here I have to stay near the entrance door in a winter coat with all my luggage and type in in an iPad everything what can be just queried from the booking service or posted in advance. What made me feel silly is that in the sauna the window glasses are transparent, not even mirrored on the outer side. I will not be surprised if in all apartments in the buildings nearby people live with if not with looking glasses, then with professional telescopes. Other than that, the hotel is nice and new.
