"The check-in process was quite confusing, I had to pay an extra fee for cleaning. They didn't send me payment information until I was at the door of the unit I was renting. At that moment, they said that they couldn't give me the code to enter unless I made a payment immediately. I found that quite disturbing, unsettling and disrespectful. Upon entering the unity, I noticed it was dirty, the trash cans didn't have a bag in them, the windows were filthy, and the dish sponge was completely dirty....

"Nossa estadia teve pontos positivos e alguns aspectos que podem ser melhorados.
Chegamos ao local cerca de 1 hora antes do check-in e conseguimos acessar a recepção pela liberação facial. Sabemos que a entrada oficial é após as 15h e que a liberação antecipada depende de disponibilidade. No nosso caso, não foi possível, embora tenhamos observado outros hóspedes acessando os quartos com mais de uma hora de antecedência. Talvez valha alinhar melhor esse critério para evitar dúvidas entre os...
