"We had a poor experience here. We were traveling with our young kids and specifically searched for a property with a hot tub and pool. There is no hot tub at this property, contrary to its online description. The pool is closed and based on prior views, has been closed on and off for months. The rooms were not clean. There was garbage on the bathroom floor (candy wrapper, hair tie). TV did not work. Towels were threadbare and yellow. Overall a very poorly maintained property that does not have the amenities described in online listings. "

"Staff were amazing. However so many things are falling apart at this place and it is so dirty! Our room had peeling wallpaper and a broken air conditioning unit. Hallways are noticeably dirty with rodent trap. All exercise machines in the gym were broken. Breakfast was adequate"

"Good location. Staff was friendly and helpful. At one time the building I’m sure was really nice but u can tell it has aged and needs some TLC. However, it was clean, which is huge on my list. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast…nothing great, but it was punctual and freshly made. I have nothing negative to say but certainly wouldn’t rate it excellent. "

"The worst room I have ever stayed in. Very poorly maintained. I have several pictures if anyone wants to see them. I was not about to eat breakfast. Who knows what I could not see looked like. No more Baymont for me. Thank you "

"Hallway carpet needed vacuuming. My room had burnt out light bulbs. I booked a one bed room and they put me in a double bed room. Both beds had one side pushed up against a wall, so the person sleeping next to the wall had to climb over the other person to get in and out of bed. The icemaker in the refrigerator didn’t work. I had to go to the front desk to get ice for my beverages. The front desk in the morning was very friendly and helpful and she gave me a small bag of ice from their back room and told me to come back if I needed more. Later that night, the night clerk told me they didn’t have an ice machine. I explained what had happened earlier that morning and he then told me that ice machine was out of ice without getting up from his seat behind the desk. I thanked him for checking for me. "

"When we booked the room it said that 5 people could fit but it only had 2 full beds. I think it was expensive but we couldn’t find any cheaper hotel in the area."

"You are booking as Best Western, it is not! You at Hotels.Com need to get this corrected! Best Western is pet friendly that is why I booked there. Had to board my pet! Pool was not open!😢😢😢😢 waiting on board paperwork! The most important thing was Pankita the main desk gal was working 9-9 shifts my whole stay! She was AMAZING! So helpful! People were being rude, and my daughter wanted to sit in the lobby and protect her! SHE WAS THE BEST PART OF THE WHOLE HOTEL!!!!!!"
