"First of all it could not be found. My sat nav couldn't find it. Varney Rd did not have a street sign and I don't think 44 actually exists. It took over 1 hour to locate this den. The key lockbox is situated on a wall, unmarked, and with all adjacent doors un numbered, on what can only be described as wasteland behind some shops. "Love this hotel and the sister hotel the orchard. Super efficient welcoming, rooms are comfort the beds are the best always get great sleep here when we come for competitions at university if Nottingham. Breakfast good spresd, coffee could be better but nothing else to complain. My group hotels are my go to in Nottingham"
