"If you’re going to visit Iguazú Falls, this is the place to stay! The hotel is beautiful and immaculately maintained. The attention to detail and the service is among the best we’ve experienced in other 5-star resorts around the world. We stayed in the Presidential Suite (Princess Diana stayed in this suite) and it had an incredible view of the Iguazú Falls. The swimming pool was one of our favorite places. Thank you for making our stay so very special! We highly recommend this hotel!"

The property itself ranges from brand new to needing repairs in some areas, but nothing that affects your stay. If you stay in the new building, there is a bit of a walk to most amenities. . The rooms are horrendous. We were basically in a dungeon. One shutter didn't open, so it was really dark. The window only opened a tad, but since the screen was torn, we would have had to keep it closed anyway. Lots of mosquitoes inside. The toilet didn't flush and the shower didn't drain. Food was ok. Beds we're comfortable."
