"It’s great hotel, Vanaeja in front desk was amazing, she has a great customer service skills, was sending us text messages through our stay in hotel to make sure all is ok. It’s nice hotel, had some issues, neighbourhood around seems is not safe, a lots of homeless people, but hotel has a security guy always, bathroom need to be update, but in overall it’s good for short stay, and complementary breakfast, coffee and tea on lobby and delicious cookies are a plus. "
