"My room itself was nice and clean. The parking situation was terrible. Minimal spots. When I checked in I told them I paid for my hotel on hotels.com and had a receipt but was told I had to pay $138 down on top of it and supposedly I’d get it back 7-10 business days later. Which I was never informed of. That should be stated somewhere on this website that a security deposit is required on top of your charge for the stay."
