"This hotel is located right across the street from the four seasons hotel. Hotel Regina, in my opinion was better than the four seasons hotel in service, amenities and location. Our room even had a flat iron for my hair. We were greeted with cold water upon arrival and had a free cocktail in the bar after check-in. This hotel is located in the center of town. A short walk plaza del Sol or plaza mayor. Lots of great people watching available on the small streets nearby."

Our room was very comfortable, great view and it was nice and quiet. Hotel security was outstanding, no one could get in without being a guest and the elevator card system was very efficient. The one minor issue that would need attention .... the bathroom towels could be more "plush". I would definitely stay at this hotel again when we come back to Madrid. "
