"Some detail issues upon arrival. Patio doors were not closed proper and were open upon our arrival. Hot water was not on, and had to be reset. Maintenance took care of immediately when we notified them. This was a nice upgrade, but not worth the money. Furniture in living area, cute and looked great, but was some of the most uncomfortable furniture we have sat in. Front door would not lock, had to pull on the door at night to get it locked (or push extremely hard when leaving the property), just another inconvenience.
Very close to being perfect, but attention to details will be the only way to get an excellent rating from me."
