"I really love this place! Our room was lovely, especially the balcony-like area. The homemade cookies in the evening are a nice touch, and they offer a breakfast with fresh fruit, bagels, yogurt and granola. My husband enjoyed it and even brought me a bagel back to the room! My only complaint was the noise from the parking lot behind our room. Around 7:30 a.m., we were woken by trucks beeping as they backed up, followed by the loud clattering of glass bottles being emptied for recycling. Not exactly ideal after enjoying a little too much wine the night before! Otherwise, a wonderful stay, and I’d happily return, preferably to a quieter room."

"The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and loved the black out blinds to facilitate deep sleep! It was great that they had EV chargers but the Tesla model doesn't fit our EV so we had to charge at the Safeway Electrify America fast chargers which wasn't too far away but not as convenient as being able to charge overnight. Maybe Trio could provide a charging adopter!"

"I arrived at 7:30pm. The check in office is close . I called the phone number, but no one answered. I asked some tenant on the site. They said I can scan the QR code to check in, but My conformation number didnt work. I just don’t understand why the conformation number didn’t work. Other tenant said hers not working too. No one can help if conformation number doesn’t work."

"The staff was wonderful. Ellen and Cindy were fantastic. Great location. My only complaint was the room we stayed in. It was quite small, especially for what we paid over four nights. We were with two other couples and their rooms were quite spacious. Our room was the target of humorous barbs from the other couples, but since I picked the place, the room size was disappointing."
