"Did not have breakfast at property, as there are a couple of nice coffee-pastry shops across the street. Very poor information regarding the street to hotel since it is open only to local traffic, one needs assistance from hotel to open it!!! The underground parking was outside the oldtown but very tight spots, make sure you do not rent a large car."

"No kettle in the room, but at certain hours of the day you can get free hot water in the lobby bar. Hotel is fine but we didn’t like the area, it did not feel safe."

"We had a good stay here, some of the floors were done up but not ours, room was dated but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice. Prior to our stay our plans had changed unexpectedly due to reasons beyond our control. We approached the hotel trying to change our date for a much cheaper and less popular one, we did not ask for a refund of difference or anything like this and the hotel repeatedly refused us without listening or considering the situation. The funny thing is they could have made a lot of money off this and make us happy but they chose not to, unnecessarily. Expedia tried to change their mind but this didn't help either. This forced us to stick with the original booking. We will avoid booking with this hotel chain again."

"Lovely central hotel with great staff. Breakfast was excellent, rooms clean and well kept. The only downsides were the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms or reception, we objected to having to pay to use a machine. Also I wouldn’t pay extra for a city view room again, we looked directly into the flats across the street and it was extremely noisy at night. "
