I would have to walk 6 mins to a Cafe Nero down the road, 5 mins later I couldn't hold myself, it was so embarrassing. This gave me a bad impression from the start. The guest house was very good, and the breakfast which was charged at £12 each. Would I stay there again, No, only because of the owner, not a problem with the Guest House."

"We stayed for 4 nights in September. The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. Parking was plentiful though it's important to register the car rego to avoid fines. The hotel is conveniently situated with a 5 minute walk to a shopping centre with a M&S and a Morrisons for groceries and a variety of other shops. Across from the shopping centre is the Gyle tram stop with a 20 minute ride right into Princes Street. The room was very spacious and comfortable though the air con was rather loud."
