"We had a great experience at La Lista Rooms. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to drop our luggage in the morning before check-in, gave us guidance on transportation to the city center, as well as a QR code that allowed us to enter the city without having to pay the fee. Overall, the place was very clean and well managed. Only complaint was that our thermostat in the room didn’t work. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay and would book again. "

"Checking in for really hard. I was late for the check-in for which I was charged $20 in cash. There was no mention of anything like late fee of $20 in the booking. I didn’t had cash so I had to wait for a long time and walk around with person helping me check-in before I enter at the midnight. "The hotel was very close to the train station. The staff at the hotel was excellent - very friendly and helpful! We were leaving during a national train strike and the front desk eased our minds and helped us arrange travel to the airport. The property and rooms are very clean. "We loved everything about BW Tritone. Its location is unbeatable . The breakfast is very very good, with a good variety of everything. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We even used their parking lot, for our rental car, and the lot is next door. You have to pay a fee for parking your car but it’s a very reasonable price. "I had an incredible stay here!! The staff were super friendly. I enjoyed the karaoke night and the IPA on tap was really good! The bed was comfy and the head area had a panel around it, so felt a bit more private. There was a little storage ledge, outlet, and light. There were 2 showers and one toilet and never had problems waiting for either. It was only a 5 minute walk from the train station. And they had free (unsupervised) luggage storage or some options for locking up luggage in lockers. Overall incredible value for the price! "
