Fort Worth hotel rooms a the Aimbridge Hospitality

"Well first off the hotel was old an outdated for a Hyatt hotel. The room smell very musky when we walked in. The bedding had stains on it so me and my wife had the spray Lysol all over the bed sheets and bed. The refrigerator wasn’t working properly, nor the light where the refrigerator unit was. No microwave in room. Breakfast was horrible. The bar wasn’t there . Staff at the front desk stated that it was closed due to licensing. Couldn’t fine parking everyday because people were blocking servers spaces with there trailers. Motorcycles were cramping the front entrance . Couldn’t sleep due to load noise outside. People playing around and knocking on my door screaming ICE . Overall experience was a zero . I will never book at this place in that location again. "

Beautiful and convenient location. We definitely recommend this location to family, friends and anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Grand Prairie. Excellent parking, Checking in and checking out everyone was kind and wanted to make sure our needs were taken care of and food items were well stocked. "The curtains, lamp, and sheet had stains. The desk chair looked like it had been clawed by wolves. The air conditioning did not get cool. The baseboards were rotted. The tub was made for small children. The microwave burnt my food and the fridge kept my food at room temperature. The ice machine didn’t work so ice was placed in zip loc bags in some kind of freezer. It was not worth the price. I think there better hotel options in the area. "

"Found a small but noticeable amount of mold in the bathroom. Return/cancellation policy was not followed. When I attempted to get help on the cancellation, was told the room could not be cancelled which is not what the cancellation policy stated. The cancellation policy was very clear that even after check in, the room could be cancelled and refund would be up to the hotel. Of course a refund was not issued, but the hotel did not check me out of the room even though I gave the keys back to the front desk. The hotel also charged me $13 after the booking when the room was not used and early check out should’ve been processed."
