"The cleanest hotel we have stayed at in a long time. Lobby clean. Breakfast area beautiful and well kept. Typical varies breakfast offerings. King room spacious and very clean. Bed comfortable. Plenty of high quality towels and amenities. Hot shower with good water pressure. Quiet rooms. Staff amazing. Special call out to the polite young girl Lilly who ran the breakfast area very professionally and to Becky who ran the front desk and provided us with a wonderful personal recommendation to try Old Bay Steamers for dinner. Which was anmazing! And also to the young man who checked us in and provided extra pillows on the spot. What a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a 5 star experience at a reasonable price. This Hampton’s quality speaks for itself."

"We really enjoyed our weekend stay, especially the location. Having the beach right there was absolutely wonderful! It was so convenient not having to carry all of our beach chairs, bags, and other things a long distance or drive somewhere else to enjoy the beach. I also want to recognize some of the staff. The lady who helped with breakfast was absolutely wonderful—very kind, friendly, and helpful. The housekeeping staff was also very nice, and the food at the restaurant was excellent, definitely 10/10! Unfortunately, our experience at check-in was not as pleasant. I accidentally booked an accessible room, and when we arrived, the room had a very unpleasant smell and looked quite outdated. I went to the front desk and tried to explain the situation and ask for a different room. English is not my first language, so I may not have explained myself perfectly, but the receptionist simply changed the room and handed us the new keys without being very friendly or welcoming. I appreciated that he changed the room, but I believe hospitality and kindness are especially important when working with guests. Thankfully, the other front desk staff members we encountered during the rest of our stay were much friendlier and more welcoming. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The beachfront location is a huge plus, the restaurant food was excellent, and several members of the staff were wonderful. I do think the hotel could benefit from some updating and renovations, and I hope management continue"

"Everything was fine except when it came to the breakfast. The food was just okay but the lady they had cooking was on her phone using the speaker having a discussion about some personal issues. I sat down as far away as possible and still had to listen to the whole conversation that sounded like it should be discussed in private. It continued during the entire time I was there. I was very annoyed that I couldn't have some breakfast in peace without the abuse of listening to some family drama broadcasted across the entire breakfast area and lobby."

"The cabin was fine, ( B61) however the parking was a night mare! This cabin is between 2 cabins, there is 3 cabins in a row we got blocked in had to maneuver our way out it was not an easy task after dark especially when you had a blind spot and couldn't see until you were out in the road!"
