"The chairs at the beach are not included and we had to pay a lot extra and it was a real dampener on our trip. 60 bucks for two chairs and an umbrella for a few hours. Like really? We flew, we couldn't bring beach things and relied in the hotel for this. While everything else was wonderful this was a bit jarring. Oh well, the pool was cleaner than the ocean anyway!"

"Parking was crunched because of the restaurant next door, the room was clean, they need to give more towels and wash rags to the people that are staying more than 2 days because we had to go and ask every day and wait for housekeeping to get the old ones. Staff was helpful and friendly air conditioning was good, the WiFi wasn’t good. Ended up using our hotspot for 6 nights. It was overall good. We went there 10 years ago as well so it’s still good."

"The rooms was clean and smelled really well! The refrigerator did not work if i had stayed longer than one night it would have been a small issue! Great shower with plenty of hot water and towels! Staff is over worked and underpaid reason i know this they had 2 cleaning ladies and we had to wait to check about an hour just enough time to grab food and return! Staff was great. HELL NO I DID NOT SEE BUGS-nor did i see a dirty a room! But do not get on the boat pier out back those folks are ass holes and will inform you they own that pier! So he got a cussing and i rented a jet ski from another place!"
