Fort Walton Beach hotel rooms a the ResortQuest

"Property is Not beach front, ice maker on our floor didn’t work, had maintenance in our room twice working on the A/C. Can’t believe this hotel was ever rated a 9, maybe a 7 at best. I would suggest you find an alternative hotel. "

"The sheets had stains,the staff was reluctant to come change them. Not how the pictures show it."

"No one at desk for check- in. Virtual check-in with no security on-site. Room smelled overwhelming like cigarettes. There were children running around complex screaming and causing disturbances. Come to find out the children belonged to the people in the parking lot working on old trucks dropping fuel tanks and everything else. Apparently they weren’t even staying there because they left after they repaired there truck. Terrible experience. "
