"I wasn't there for shopping or work. I needed a good bed, clean shower and coffee early! No coffee pot in the room, office with old small coffee pot not open until 7 a.m. Shower/bath had spots of mold and attempts at a safety handle was in the wrong place etc. I had trouble getting to sleep and woke up with a sore back each night/morning of my stay. I did not see a live employee the entire time I was there. The only presence (I was out by 9:30a.m. and not back until 7 p.m. each day) is on a screen in the lobby and they had trouble communicating with me. I do have minor hearing problem but it has never been aa problem in real person to person communication or even on the phone. I f this is the new trend in 'affordable' hotel accommodations, I will be camping."
