"This hotel needs to shut down. Terrible front desk staff. There was a booking error. I had driven across the state of florida arrived late at night tried to check in the imbecile at the front desk said that the reservation couldn't be canceled. I explained it was a booking error (book wrong date on my app). She said i could book a new room for that night but refused to switch the dates. I will be filing a lawsuit shortly against these criminals. I was forced to continue to drive while sleep deprived to find another place to stay since i refused to reward these criminals with my business. Stay as far away from Holiday Inn and ALL of their properties. Thanks for nothing jerks. This happened April 7 at 9.50pm. The front desk lady was an asian female. she'll also be personally sued in the lawsuit. Thanks for nothing Nightmare Inn."
