2/10 Terrible

"The room service was poor. Gym smelled like it had not been cleaned for a long while. Customer service was really bad. Reception desk was dirty, I complained about it but they never bothered cleaning it till we left after a stay of 5 days. Imagine housekeeping not taking a it trash after dropping new towels. For few days they didn’t change the sheets they only tucked it and laid it again. It was not a nice experience. We tried to cancel our reservation same day we got there but were not allowed to. I will never be staying there again and don’t recommend it to anyone."

"The hotel was a nice experience. We enjoyed the pool on red flag days, and the beds were comfy. The only downfall was the breakfast options. There wasn't many protein options, just the same options each day of biscuits and gravy, egg patties, a potato and bell pepper mix, make your own waffles, cereal, and some different bagels. Would have enjoyed a kind of bacon or sausage atleast one day. Other than the breakfast, which was still tasty none the less, our stay was perfect. Will consider staying again for our next trip!"

"At first my daughter and I were ready to leave regardless of what the penalties were going to be. The room is a bit dated, smelled funny, felt muggy, and the blinds had to be forced down, BUT, we decided to stay a night and if we still felt that way the next day, we would find somewhere else to go. We went to the beach which was just across some stairs, a super quick walk, and it was beautiful. There are chairs and umbrellas for rent and food/bar nearby. The bed was very comfortable and had good pillows. The TV does not have APPS on them like Netflix or anything and when we tried to set it up to be able to cast, it locked us out and maintenance had to come reset it. Oops. But because of the beach and comfortability of the bed, we did end up staying another night. It did seem to be the best bang for your buck on a tight budget and still be ON the beach. Overall, will stay again."
