"The Shaw hotel was a lovely experience. Located right in the old historic downtown within walking distance to the Shaw theatre and many stores and restaurants. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. The room was quaint and very well maintained. This was our first time there and we definitely will be going back."

"Breakfast was well above the average hotel breakfast with not only an excellent buffet but also fresh made eggs to your choice with a varied meat choice. Inna was a fantastic host and our room with fireplace was perfect and spotless. Due to parking requirements and expense in NOTL it might be a good idea to have a guide to local transport, even a payment required shuttle."

"Breakfast should have been better. Coffee terrible. Should have been fresh jam on table instead of little tasteless Kraft jam packages. Oatmeal watery. If you want a place where you can talk to a local to see what’s going on, this isn’t the place. No staff around. For the price I don’t think the value was there. However location is excellent. It is very clean "

"Excellent location, super attentive front staff, restaurant and spa attendants. The restaurant and lounge is great! Love the option for free bikes. Indoor parking is an asset. Rooms are very spacious for 4 with great tea and coffee options."
