"We were asked if we wanted turn down service and since we were staying 5 day we told them we would. By day 3 we were out of toilet paper and tissues and we never did get the turn down service we were asked if we wanted. There is a variety of foods to eat for breakfast and the staff was accommodating when we asked if we could check in just a little early as we had a tired 1 1/2 year old. "

"There was not a shuttle for when we arrived from the airport. We paid $40 for a cab because we were told that there wasn't a shuttle for the evening. There was a shuttle/SUV to take us to the airport the next day."
