"Paying for parking was a surprise, but everything else was nice."

"Booked a double queen room with sofa bed and there was no sofa bed. Called the receptionist & no answer (he was outside with a friend). Woke up the next morning in hives/bites on my face & body. Terrified they have bed bugs, I called the hotel staff days ago & no one has called me back still. "

"Breakfast was served on time, but had only egg’s available the first day we stayed. I mean there were waffles, oatmeal, fruit, cereal and yogurt as well. One of the elevators wasn’t working the first 3 days. We also had to pay $10 a day for parking. Other than that we did have to request be cleaned. If you don’t they won’t clean it. They have shuttle service to the airport that was a great experience. "

"I would not recommend this hotel. If you do stay here then avoid room 118. It is located next to the swimming pool where loud music is played on the hotel speakers 24 hours/day. Unfortunately, we could hear this music inside our room which made it very difficult to sleep. Online reviews show this issue occurred as far back as 2019 and is still occurring 7 years later. We brought this up with the front desk and we were referred to the manager who was never available and has not responded."

"I kind of liked it. I thought that this was supposed to be a little higher end than some and it was our first time at Atwell Suites. The exercise room and our hotel room were much better than expected. The breakfast was disappointing and only average. They tried to charge additional for parking which is patently ridiculous as none of the nearby hotels do this. I might stay here again if they straighten that out."
