"This motel was absolutely perfect for anyone that is flying in and/or taking a cruise. They have shuttles from the airport and to the cruise port. I will definitely stay there again. "

" I don’t know how this place got high reviews. For the most part it is clean. Rooms are terrible. You have to fight with the room door to open and close. The beds are clean. The water is yellow/ brown. Even the water they serve for breakfast yellow/ brownish. I can’t speak on breakfast because we didn’t eat due to a ton of people and due to the water color. We went to McDonald next door. The rooms smelled like old mold the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The toilet makes a long whining noise after flushing. I spoke to the front desk and he stated, that’s just how the toilets flushes at the hotel and to get some sleep. The next morning I reached out to Expedia. They tired to reach out to somebody at the hotel but they would put them on hold and not return. Finally they were able to speak to the manager an he came to the room and stated, that all the water in the area was this color. The staff is pleasant but very nonchalant about anything you have concerned about. I am assuming because they feel there is nothing they can do about it anyways. I stayed the two nights because we didn’t have anywhere to go due to spring break weekend . For what we paid we could have stayed at a really nice hotel on a average weekend. We didn’t go to the pool so I can’t speak on the pool. The area is average. I didn’t feel unsafe.. "

"Our ac was broken, our door broke so we couldn't get inside it, we had no windows that opened in our room, theres no working ice machines, one of the elevators was broken the whole trip so it took forever to get down from the top floor, their was construction on the beach that ruined any relaxing, you had to pay for beach chairs in their private beach area even though we paid to be at the resort, and we found cockroaches in the hallways. Overall we are very disappointed in our stay. "

"Staff was super friendly and everything was in close proximity on the property. Our ocean front room was perfect to go to the beach or access the pool area. Everything needed on site, perfect for families and those with small children. "
