"This was me and my fiancé’s first Florida vacation together and when I tell you, They exceeded our expectations despite all the mixed reviews! From Nixon to pool guy, Mike to Patrice aka P everyone we met were truly amazing! The scenery was perfect. We had an ocean view suite and I loved the balcony. From the location to the hot tubs on the sixth floor all the way up to the rooftop bar, we had the time of our lives thank you for having us. I would highly recommend this place !"

"The property is beautiful and you can not beat the beach chairs. The only thing I took a star away for is property outside is smaller than advertised and the multiple restaurants all had almost the same menu. "

"We used to stay in this hotel for years but haven’t been there for few years. I have to say that we arrived super early & they still had us checked in so that was very helpful. The hotel in general is worn out a bit. Swimming pool was crowded on our first day there. Staff @ the swimming pool bar are super nice and food was good. We paid for breakfast when we booked our hotel stay and @ check out it was charged again, but the lady @ the check out counter apologized and fix the bill. I mainly have two complaints, first the bathroom from the next door room was very loud, we could hear the facet water, flush and shower very loudly in our room. Secondly on our last night, we came back around 10 Pm & the bathroom ceiling was leaking a bit but the kids were very tired and we didn’t want to call & have someone come in. We put a towel on the floor as it was dripping from one area and just a bit. Kids woke up at night to use the bathroom but the whole floor was water and ceiling is dripping from so many places. We had to put all the towels on the floor. My kids step in it and was not sure how clean is it? As soon as we woke up for breakfast, we went & told them. They didn’t apologize or anything but they said they will send someone to fix it while we are in breakfast. They did but we were surprised that they left the bathroom in a very disgusting way. More water on the floor, dirt falling off from the ceiling pieces that they took off to fix. Kids refused to use the bathroom."
