"I am a 4 to 5 star hotel woman. Great service, clean rooms, and an experience that justifies every dollar spent — that is my baseline. The Beach House Hilton did not just meet that standard. They exceeded it in ways I did not see coming. I celebrated my birthday weekend here and walked away with memories I will never forget. The moment we entered the restaurant, Chef Nicole greeted us with genuine warmth that set the tone for the entire stay. Her team — Angela, Petrone, and Ilios — matched that energy completely. Friendly, attentive, and professional at every turn. Then the entire restaurant staff walked out with a birthday dessert, singing happy birthday. I was breathless. Angela captured every moment in photos and arranged a complimentary poolside cabana for the next day — completely unprompted. That evening, Sasha and Heather sent a special birthday treat to our suite. Personal, thoughtful, and completely unexpected. Our poolside host Louis was hilarious and attentive — serving us with great energy all weekend long. The location is perfect — directly across from the beach with stunning ocean views from the balcony. The rooftop restaurant is a must with amazing drinks and incredible vibes. On our last day, Chef Nicole and Angela surprised me with a framed photo collage of the entire birthday celebration. I was moved to tears. The online reviews do not hold a candle to what this resort actually delivers. This was the best birthday of my life. Full stop."

"My husband and I love staying at the Turnberry for a staycation near home. It is always a very nice stay between golf and the waterpark. I did do a prenatal massage and was a little disappointed with the spa. I was expecting a nice spa with facilities like other well known spas however this was just sitting in a waiting room to be called into a “massage room” that was actually just any other hotel suite with a massage table. No other amenities to use with the spa, for the price not necessarily worth it to me. Other than that the Turnberry is always one of our favorite mini getaways."
