There literally was so many dust bunnies under the bed that it was unbelievable. We thought we would have towels and did not so you we called property manager who told us he would have to buy face clothes the next day. When we opened our door, there was a blanket in a bag and some badly stained facecloths. The place was a pit.

Do not stay

To many bad things to list. Normally I do not take the tine to review, but this place was very dissapointing. Stay away from it. Owners need to take care of the place and at least put clean sheets, towels, soap, etc.

Absolutely loved the property. The only slight negatives were the pool (didn't appear to be cleaned daily) or cushions on the lounges. Would absolutely go back. Nelson was great.

AMAZING!!!!

Loved it! Would go again! Super private, right on the beach. Room was awesome! Clean and the staff was amazing! He brought over anything we needed!! And we had an iguana friend on the roof :) best part lol :)

Best value in Fort Laundale for 2 people room has a small kitchen which allow you to make a meal if you choose less then 3 minutes to the beach the management were eager to help. you not find a better value in Fort Lauderdale

Great location, great price, loved the little courtyard, swimming pool was always spotless. The manager/owner, Nelson, was very attentive, we had WiFi issues which he fixed right away. I would have loved to have given this apartment a 5 star but when we arrived, it didn’t look like the place had been vacuumed and there was so much old dust and hair everywhere especially in the bathroom, in all the corners, behind the doors and it the big hall closet. We will, however come back to the same place when we go back to Lauderdale.

The good things are that the apartment is big enough for 4 persons, close to restaurants and the pool is heated at night. But, as other reviews mentioned, the bed linens and towers are super dirty with stains of blood and feces. The kitchen utensils were dirty as well. It has no hair dryer and No house keeping at all. Very disappointed.

We arrived around 6pm to discover there is no office to register our stay. After dialing the number listed on the Hotels.com website several times and not receiving an answer we asked a few guests around the pool if they could assist. They informed us there is a number pinned to a bulletin board with the managers number. Once we discovered that about 20 mins later we were instructed on how to check in with a door code. The manager never came to meet us or collect payment, our card on file with hotel.com was charged the day of checkout. The apartment was sparsely furnished and decorated. There was a mismatch of dishes, glassware so we made do with what was available. Since we were traveling, we expected at least shampoo, soap etc. Nothing! Future travelers, beware, there are additional costs to have your room cleaned, $40 per occurrence! Bottom line, I feel a lot of details were not listed in the Hotels.com website. As a new residence to Lauderdale by the Sea I will be hard pressed to suggest this property to my traveling friends.

Find someplace else, unprofessional property

I arrived for check in around 6:30 pm on a Wednesday evening only to find no employees around. The confirmation notes that check in is available 24 hours, however there the motel does not have an office, nor is there easily visible info about who to call. I called the Google number associated with the property a few times only to get voicemail. After 20 minutes a guest pointed me to a printer paper thumbtacked to a bulletin board to call Nelson for check in. Nelson did not pick up. Texted Nelson, and received a reply asking the name of my reservation. I replied, and asked him to call as texting to check in to a motel is annoying and unprofessional. I never received a reply and had to find other accommodation while my 5 month old daughter and wife sat in the car. Spend your money at a place that deserves it, not with owners who don't show the common decency to: have an office/keep an employee on site/answer a phone/ reply to a text/ uphold a reservation.

Det er anden gang i løbet af et år, at vi - to voksne og to børn - har boet på Luna Paradise by the sea. Der er tale om rummelige lejligheder m/ ét eller to soveværelser + fællesrum og køkken m/ køleskab og komfur. Det er rent og velholdt, samt god (gratis) wifi. Det er et hyggeligt hotel i to etager m/ kun elleve værelser. Der er en fælles have med siddeområder, samt en ren pool. Der hører en privat parkeringsplads til hvert af værelserne. Denne er inkluderet i prisen. Manageren Nelson står altid til rådighed.

So glad to find!

This place was great. Very roomy apartment type with full kitchen, living room, flat screen TV, good sized bedroom with king bed. Two blocks or so from the pier and even closer to the water.....quite a few things in the area. We love Lauderdale by the Sea & go a few times a year. Definitely going to remember this place! Nice pool too & extra beach chairs & even a cooler we found in the closet. Highly recommend. Great price!! :)

Walking distance to everything (beach, stores, restaurants). Accommodating property manager, clean. Not a very commfortable bed, but we still slept well thanks to the sun, sand, and walking.
