"Personally coming from Vegas and expecting good hospitality this hotel wasn’t it. Our room had dirty ceilings, shower and toilet got clogged few times, the towel had a black hair in it (were blonde), the umbrella for the beach was NOT included with our hotel booking but every other hotel had complimentary umbrellas for their guests. No breakfast included, we asked for our room to be cleaned every day and we turned the light on for it but out of 5 days it was only cleaned twice. I will say the front desk especially Andrej was extremely helpful, can’t say the same for the rest."
